Nancy Griffin-Probst
Nancy joined the Fahey team part time while working as a Land Use Paralegal for a prominent Essex County law firm. After using her license for years predominately for prospecting leads on investment properties, she found that a penchant for negotiating combined with an old fashioned approach to customer service and experience in both commercial and residential transactions gave her a unique perspective in today's market that would put her on a fast track to success as a full time agent.
Nancy's love of knowledge and inherent ability to lead prompted her to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from Kean University. She is an avid reader, particularly of trade publications and those regarding the rich history of Somerset Hills, where she currently resides with her husband and her daughter.
She particularly enjoys finding empty nesters homes that their retirement dreams are made of and equally enjoys helping first time home buyers navigate the often turbulent waters of making a good real estate investment. Above all else, she is sensitive to the needs of clients who are selling due to a life altering event such as death or divorce and is well versed in many of the legalities of the same.
Although she cherishes time spent with her family, Nancy's favorite "pastime" is connecting with potential clients. Her greatest satisfaction is found in the knowledge that someone she has worked with has benefited from not only her professional experience, but her life experience as well.
