Nannette Buchney 
Nannette Buchney has enjoyed a career as a real estate agent since 1990, working with Fahey Realtors for the past ten years. Throughout this time she has built a strong reputation for best-in-class service striving to give all of her clients the utmost personal attention.
As one of our top part-time associates, Nannette brings her knowledge of the area to bear for each and every one of her clients. Nannette was raised in the Morris county area, graduating high school from the Academy of St. Elizabeth in Convent Station, followed by a BS degree in Marketing and Communications from Farleigh Dickinson University in 1985. Becoming involved in a real estate career has enabled Nannette to use her education in marketing to become a top sales agent for Fahey Realtors. Nannette keeps her clients abreast of up-to-the-minute information on current homes for sale, the buying process and home financing. Buying a home is a very personal and emotional decision. Nannette's client-focused approach ensures that it is both a rewarding and exciting experience. In addition, Nannette is known for her personal approach to marketing homes. When listing a home, she focuses on marketing strategies for the home as if it were her own. She takes great pride in every transaction and strives to exceed all of her clients' expectations. Nannete's love for sales and dealing with clients goes beyond real estate. Nannette is co-owner of Four Seasons of New Vernon, a retail clothing shop located in Harding Township, NJ. Between the two businesses, she is able to consistently build new relationships as well as foster existing ones. Nannette lives in Convent Station with her husband Bob and three children.
