Samuel F. Champi 
As a Professional Engineer (P.E.) with extensive knowledge of the engineering and construction industries, Sam Champi is an invaluable asset to our team at Fahey Realtors.
Having grown up in New Jersey, Sam graduated from Seton Hall Prep and continued on to attended the United States Military Academy at West Point where he played Football for Army. After being commissioned in the US Army and serving in Vietnam, Sam returned to New Jersey with his wife and family. As a member of the Fahey Realtors team, Sam brings the expertise and experience of a 25 - year career in engineering and commercial construction. Having provided professional services to a variety of major properties in the tri-state area, Sam is familiar with land utilization and building costs, making him uniquely qualified to advise his clients. Sam has been a member of the Real Estate Association of NJ for the past 10 years and has served on the Planning Board of Morris Township. He is an active member of the local community where he and his wife, Russi, have raised a family for the past 35 years. Sam has also served on various high school and college boards. In his free time, Sam pursues his passion for sports, having managed a Little League Team in Morristown for the past 20 years.
