Thank you for visiting today. If this is your first visit, take your time and look around. I have plenty of information and resources available to you. If you are a return visitor, thank you. I would love to hear from you and tell you how I can serve all your real estate needs.
Nancy joined the Fahey team part time while working as a Land Use Paralegal for a prominent Essex County law firm. She has remained an active part time agent throughout the years and currently works as a Land Use Administrator locally. Her experience in real estate law combined with her knowledge of local planning and zoning laws give her a unique perspective in the marketplace.
While especially sensitive to the needs of clients who are selling or buying as a result of a transitional life event such as death or divorce, she also particularly enjoys working with investors. Her love of knowledge prompted her to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from Kean University in 1997 and embark on a Masters in Legal Arts which she hopes to complete in the future. She is an avid reader, particularly of trade publications and those regarding the rich history of Somerset Hills.
In her spare time, Nancy enjoys writing, day tripping with her family and connecting with potential clients. There is no greater satisfaction for her than knowing a client has benefitted from her proffessional and/or personal experience.
